Travelling to Victoria Place is simple. We are easily reached by public transport and road.

Victoria Place has over 3,000 car parking spaces, featuring 78 electric charging bays, 80 disabled spaces, 54 parent and toddler parking bays and an exclusive M&S ‘click and collect’ area.

Here is a simple step by step guide for using the app:
- Download the app

- Enter the car park and the barrier will go straight up – our ANPR system will take note of your car registration number.
- When you want to exit, open the app and enter our car park ID: 524094 for Victoria Place (RED, GREEN, BLUE or YELLOW) car parks.
- Enter your car registration number and pay before approaching the barriers.
- When paying for the first time you can set up AutoPay so on your next visit to our car park, your car will be recognised and payment will be taken automatically when you leave. You’ll just need to tick the box to opt into the scheme.
- Once you have received payment confirmation, you can exit the car park and the barrier will automatically rise. (Please make sure you leave the car park within 20 minutes of payment).
